It's not Christmas-themed, but have a good end-of-year, Kai-Kai!
The most tedious animation I've done since the last tedious animation that I've done (which I thought was tedious at the time of production- and it wasn't now that I look at it). I must have used at least 115 layers.. 28framesX4layers each+3additional layers (text). It was very fun with the sequencing but the colouring was boring. =='
This took more than a week to finish because of the computer dying on me/Imageready blowing up, etc etc.
Well. Enjoy!
PS. I just realised I missed out on a frame right at the end. Oh well, too late now. :3
wow! the animation is so smooth and the coloring/shading is amazing! And I just LOVE her eyes and that butterfly! *chases after it and trips then blows up*
WHOAH. That's incredible! @@ I can't imagine how much work you must have put into animating this...it's amazing D: I only wish that you had made her mane and hair tuft move as Luckie got up/fell down, but I'm sure you had your hands full with everything else xD Be-a-utiful.
Holy crap. o_o So THAT'S what you were complaining about. XDD Just beautiful. Your animating SO does not suck ==;
I just love how it runs so smoothly. And Luckie is just... adorable.

KaiKai does not deserve so much appreciation and love. You spoil meeee. ;__;
-stares at it memorized-
...You..'re...crazy. You're...definitely crazy.
...I admire your patience so. Thank you, thank you for spending so much time on something for me. It's gorgeous. You draw Luckie SO cute and the animation...it's...mrrr, so advanced. Too much even for my little mind to comprehend!
....And you even fully shaded and colored it too. Maaaahhhh...that must have been so tedious to do! NOTDESERVINGMAN,NOTDESERVING.
I mean...She even moves....entire body. o__o;; She gets up....and....makes motion. She...keeps moving.... Like Flashikins said, I can't even imagine how annoying that must have been to do...not to mention the multitasking with the different parts moving/animating and such!
I'm looking at the hind leg motion now....
It's SO cool. Her legs extend quite naturally and when they fold down to the sitting position, it's all "ploosh-flop". SO CUTE.
And those little paws! You make her utterly adorable! WHY ARE YOU SO GOOD?!
The little paw motions are just...utterly adorable. @__@ She's utterly adorable!
And the tail motion...! Such a nice swish! I think you pulled off that swing quite nicely! ....and those tail twitches! ...Yeah, you've got the patience of a saint.
I love when the tail raises up the best. That and the twitch. They're so realistic and so smooth. You did a wonderful job with the animation. Plus, you also moved the base of her tail to go with the rest of the tail motion. That came out really realistic. Very nicely done. And the back...with the straightening and the sloping....Mrrr....SO nice!
And-and-and...THOSE WINGS. I SO MUCH ADORE those wings! They're so wonderful with teh flapping motion as well. ...Just...wow. Look at that motion. I love how light the movement is...kind of delicate as well. It fits her so nicely. And those ears! The translation of motion between the ears are wonderful. And....and...mrr...SO cute. Those chibi little pudge legs are hers... <3
...Not to mention the movement of that butterfly....
...and the shadows
...and the overall consistently of the image that I can't even keep throughout different pictures.
....I admire your dedication and generosity muchly. Thank you so much, Splatty!
Dw'aaaww! Big Kai-Kai comment! <3 much lubs for Splatty, yupyup -nods and bows- I'm just very happy that I made a Kai-Kai happy -nods-. Cos.. Kai-Kai draws things for Splat also- and Splat has been most lazy this past year with gifts so she decided, "SPLAT NAWT LAY-JI ANYMORE!" so Splat put all her time and effort into making something that Kai-Kai will enjoy. And just in time for Christmas too, yers ;3 As I said before, I would have finished for you earlier but Imageready was disobeying my commands D:
And this time, I coloured the lineart properly ;3 No flashing bits and pieces, yupyup! And... I added shadow as well. I wasn't originally, but then I was all... "BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK REAL ENOUGH/IT LOOKS LIKE SPLATTY GAVE UP/SPLATTY DID NOT PUT ALL HER EFFORT IN!" so I added the shadows Same went for the preview too. I wasn't originally going to have it animated, but I animated it anyways. ID
Thankyou for your animation too It made my day! <3 -pets Kai-Kai- Squeee!
